3.1 Assets: Sharing and Distributing Media
Once you’ve learnt how to store and categorise your assets, it’s time to share them with your wider audience. This can be done in a multitude of ways – including your sending downloadable links, giving your audience access to SkooCloud with their own login credentials or creating interfaces to third party applications.
Methods of sharing
The easiest and simplest way to share a single asset is by clicking on the ‘share’ option underneath an image. You will be prompted to enter the email address of the recipient and an optional message.
Sending images to third party platforms
SkooCloud has an API which enables you to create a connection between your data and a third party application. This is something that would require further discussion and scoping with Aspin and is not part of the standard functionality within SkooCloud.
