New Features

  • DAM asset listing can now be ordered by file type.
  • Text attributes can be converted to HTML content type. This is also reflected in API response with a returned flag for HTML type.
  • Introducing User Groups to manage SkooCloud DAM and PIM permissions:
    • Admin can now create and manage as many UserGroups by navigating to Settings > Manager Users
    • User Groups can be configured to set permissions for DAM (Tags/Folders) and PIM (Tags/Categories) in the same way you would for an individual user.
    • A Users permissions are be calculated by merging both its individual permissions and assigned User Groups.

Quality Of Life Updates

  • Significant performance increase for DAM asset search API used by PixSell Image Manager software.
  • Improvements to PDF export to allow export of larger product datasets.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug with sorting PIM datagrid columns horizontally.
  • Untagged asset count fix on DAM list. To help manage assets easily, Untagged list now also includes bookmarked items.
  • PNG thumbnail bug fix where PNG thumbnails become unavailable.
